Accessibility statement
Last updated 30 October 2026
Otopoetic Limited wants everyone who needs to read this site to be able to. This statement describes what we have done, what we know falls short, and how to tell us.
Standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. We have not yet commissioned an independent accessibility audit. This statement reflects our own checks and will be revised when an audit is done.
What we do
- Pages use headings, landmarks and a skip link so keyboard and screen reader users can move through them.
- Forms have visible labels. Errors are described in text and focus moves to the first field that needs attention.
- The cookie banner can be used by keyboard and gives equal weight to accepting and declining.
- Fonts are served from this site and text can be resized in the browser.
Known limitations
- Some secondary text on dark backgrounds may not reach the contrast ratio that level AA requires. We are checking this page by page.
- The booking calendar is provided by Cal.com in an embedded frame. We cannot change its accessibility. The link beside it opens the same calendar in its own page, and you can write to us through the enquiry form instead.
- The compliance clock and some diagrams on the home page use graphics and motion. We are reviewing them for text alternatives and for users who prefer reduced motion.
Tell us about a problem
Use the enquiry form at otopoetic.com and write "accessibility" in the message. We reply within one working day, Monday to Friday, and will provide the content in another format where we can.
If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service. In Northern Ireland you can also contact the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.
